Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your first subscription purchase. However, by accessing gated digital content (such as premium articles, guides, or coaching recordings), you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal for that purchase, as the digital content has been provided to you. This waiver is confirmed at checkout. If you have not accessed any gated content within the 14-day period, you may request a full refund by contacting us. Coaching sessions that have already been conducted are non-refundable.
You must be respectful to all users and staff. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
You may not engage in any malicious activity, including but not limited to: attempting to exploit or disrupt the service, impersonating others, or distributing harmful content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
If we make changes to these Terms of Service, we will notify you at least one month in advance via email or through a notice on the platform.
